Terms and Conditions

All orders placed by the Buyer whether in writing, verbally or by any other means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Dura Ltd fulfilling the order.

* Payment
Payment of the sales price in full together with any carriage costs and taxes that may be applicable shall be are due from the buyer to Dura Ltd in Sterling prior to delivery of the goods.

* Returns Procedure
In the event of the buyer being dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the product being found to be damaged the Buyer must contact Dura within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Dura will arrange to refund or replace the product. This applies to UK mainland only. Delivery charges apply to mainland UK only. Export shipments should be insured against transport/shipping damage separately by the Buyer.

* Delivery
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Quoted prices refer to UK Mainland only. Delivery is by independent carrier during normal working hours. Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Dura cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes etc or acts of third parties.

* Applicable Law/Courts of Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by English Law
