Delivery charges and other information

• If we are installing your garage system our installers will usually deliver the product on the day of installation.
• If you have opted to install the product(s) yourself delivery will usually be made by a nationwide delivery company.

Palletised deliveries *

Deliveries can be heavy! – We use national carriers to deliver to your door, unless we are carrying out the installation ourselves.

If you are installing yourself, you may require assistance with moving or unpacking your order, as Dura cabinets, floor tiles and larger quantities of other items are usually delivered on a pallet.

Although drivers are most accommodating, please remember that their responsibility ends at the threshold of the delivery address.

Deliveries MUST be signed for!

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. Orders cannot be delivered without a signature.

Please inspect goods before signing, as carrier companies will not accept claims afterwards. If damage is apparent please write this on the delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Tell us as much as you can about the delivery address

Please let us know as much as possible about the delivery location by answering the questions in the ordering section. This will help us to avoid any delays or identify any potential problems in advance.

Tell us which day you would prefer us to deliver your order

Please select your preferred delivery date from our pop-up calendar in the ordering section which will be at least 10 working days from the date of your order.

If we are unable to deliver on this day, we will contact you to arrange an alternative day, which will be no more than 28 days from receipt of your order.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

All orders placed by the Buyer whether in writing, verbally or by any other means shall be deemed to constitute an offer by the Buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions. The acceptance of this offer shall be by Dura Ltd fulfilling the order.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Quoted prices refer to UK Mainland only. Delivery is by independent carrier during normal working hours. Timed deliveries and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost. Dura cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes etc or acts of third parties.

Tell us if you want an AM or Saturday Delivery

We offer two delivery services – charges for which are shown above.

A Standard Delivery – Standard deliveries are Monday to Fridays between 8.00am and 5.30pm – unless we notify you otherwise.

B Monday to Sat AM Deliveries – For an additional cost, you can choose an AM (8.00am - 12.00noon) delivery, Monday to Saturday.
