We are very pleased with the quality and flexibility of the Dura product. It looks great and has allowed us to make more efficient use of the available space changing our double garage into a room which we now use much more.
We have been able to organise and secure away tools and sports equipment in the heavy duty metal lockable draws and cabinets while having immediate and easy access to other items stored off the ground on the wall panels in a flexible arrangement of movable hooks and baskets. The floor tiles have created a clean and dust-free area and we use gym equipment and a table tennis table in half of the now much greater space available.
We found Dura on the internet and Bryan Evans looked after us very well remaining our point of contact from our original enquiry on the telephone, which was dealt with promptly and efficiently, through to installation and after sales service.
Our experience of Dura staff has always been that they are friendly, helpful and courteous. At our request Bryan arranged to meet us at home to survey the garage and discuss the various options and costs. He knew his product very well and showed his obvious confidence in it when questioned about other products on the market which we had seen with his honest and professional comment on their relative pros and cons. He was very informative and helped us select an appropriate combination to suit our specific requirements. We were then provided with plans and a quote by email a few days later and were respectfully left time to consider the proposal. We felt it represented fair value for a good product and consequently placed an order.
The installation went according to plan on the right day. The installation team swept out the garage and within a few hours the work was carried out without fuss with all the packaging removed and everything left clean and tidy.
Our visitors are always impressed by our ‘new’ garage and we have no hesitation recommending your product and service to all of them.
