Dura designers have always enjoyed providing the face-to-face home consultation that has become the hallmark of our company.
However, we understand that under the current circumstances, some of our customers will need advice from our team remotely until the threat from COVID-19 has abated. Therefore we are reminding our customers of the Self-Survey Consultation option that we have in place, which avoids the need for one of our team to visit your property in person for the initial design.
Our easy Self-Survey Consultation works like this…
1) Click here to download our latest brochure along with our easy-to-follow self survey form. These items will provide you with a range of ideas to make the most of your garage space, from home gyms to auto workshops. We can also send you a hard copy in the post if you’d prefer.
2) Measure your garage interior ...Our self-survey form will explain the sort of things we’ll need to know.
3) Call our design team on 01280 700563 or request a call back by emailing info@duragarages.com, and we will happily go through your ideas with you by phone or video link.
4) We will send you a no-obligation design visual and quotation for the design we have discussed, which includes drawings and a 3D visual to enable you to see how your garage space will look!
5) When restrictions permit, and you’re ready, we will conduct a final check of the details prior to manufacture and installation. This can be done in a safe socially distant way, to minimise any possible risk to our customers or team.
Our COVID-safe installation process…
For many customers, the garage is a completely separate part of the home, but nevertheless we have developed a strict COVID-Safe Installation Procedure which insures that every project is conducted to the highest professional standards while also observing stringent social distancing requirements at all times.
Your Dura designer will provide you with full details of this procedure well in advance, to give you the reassurance you need before your installation takes place.
