The versatile system can be installed directly onto wood, metal studs, drywall and concrete blocks, either with or without our mounting strips.
Installation using mounting strips
Installation without mounting strips
Tips for Dry Wall Installation
If installing over a dry wall, use 3.5 x42mm (or longer) bugle head dry wall screws, there is no need to pre drill or countersink.
Tips for Brick / Block Wall Installation
If installing over brick or block wall, use 6mm masonry drill bit. Use 8x2” countersink screws and red rawplugs. For maximum capacity, fix every 16”.
Our tricks of the trade
Join panel ends over studs to maximise load capacity.
Use a running bond pattern for the best strength and to reduce appearance of joins.
Use a colour matched U-Cap, L Corner and Flat strips as edge trims for a coordinated and seamless finish.
Remove minor surface scratches or blemishes caused during installation with a paper towel dampened with acetone (follow safety instructions on the bottles label)
To shorten any of the panels to your required size use standard woodworking tools we find these cut easily and cleanly without splintering.
