Recently, Dura were asked to provide a solution for a customer with a prized collection of Lotus cars, to be housed in his extensive private garage. Our creative team opted for a design which incorporated the iconic colours of the much-loved British car manufacturer, within the garage cabinets and the flooring.
The modular cabinets were painted in a lustrous Racing Green, and complimented with vibrant yellow back panels. The design created a stunning looking workstation, worthy of the iconic Lotus brand.
The garage floor was fully tiled with dark green PVC interlocking floor tiles, with a striking yellow and grey edge design.
In pride of place was a 1.5m wide Lotus badge, custom cut into the flooring itself, to deliver real ‘wow-factor’, even when the room was empty.
The design is a fitting tribute to the Lotus logo and its 70 years of road and racing history – and a great example the service and quality of product Dura is able to provide its customers. Click here to see more of this project, and other beautiful auto-themed garages.
